Prices and payment methods

The way to make payments on the site is through credit or debit cards TropiPay o PayPal.
Payments on the site will be deducted from your credit or debit card according to the exchange rate applied by the issuing bank from USD to the currency of your card at the time of the transaction.
Cancellation and return of orders

If the credit refund is due to poor service or non-compliance with the site, or a decision taken on your initiative, no deduction will be made from the amount remitted to the customer, and Quinta Market 25 will assume the costs mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Deliveries
Quinta Market 25 has several suppliers and distributors who guarantee deliveries. If you order more than one product, some may be distributed from different locations and therefore may arrive at different times.
Some products may be delivered separately if they have different delivery methods or are not available in our suppliers’ warehouses at the same time.
Deliveries are made personalized to the recipient’s address. If the recipient is not present at the time of the visit, the order will not be delivered to neighbors, friends, or other individuals not properly indicated on the order by the customer. The buyer (customer) may specify an alternative delivery address and name so that this person can receive the order in case the original recipient is not present at the time of delivery.
Orders containing errors in the delivery addresses may be temporarily held until the buyer (customer) provides correct and sufficient information. Otherwise, the order may be canceled and the money returned to the buyer.

In the event of delivery errors, Quinta Market 25 guarantees the redelivery of the products, at no extra charge. If Quinta Market 25 deems the delivery successful, you will be notified by email that the recipient has not received the order, and the money will be returned to your credit or debit card.
Products will be delivered within 30 to 45 business days.
If there are difficulties with the address or the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, these delivery times may be extended. All these delivery times are generally averaged within their range. Therefore, always consider an average when calculating the estimated date and time of arrival for your shipment. Delivery times begin after the order is verified, approved, and charged.
You must designate a second person authorized to receive the order in case the recipient is not present at the time of delivery. The person in charge of receiving the order must show proper identification upon receipt.
